Skype Voicemails (when offsite)

To get to your voicemails follow these steps.

To access them (and see the notifications from Skype) you need to enter your login information in Skype. You likely have a message that says "enter your exhange credentials which you'll see if you're not on VPN)...enter them in this format

Username: ofb-domain\username (ex: ofb-domain\lsheldon)
Password[your usual computer pwd] (same password you use to unlock your computer)
Once you're authenticated, you'll see the voicemail icon app appear

Another way to get to your vm's is through the old email web interface, at
https://email.oregonfoodbank.org
to log in there you just need to put in the first part of your username ex: "lsheldon"  (not @oregonfoodbank.org)

If you see the privacy error - please hit Advanced

 then Proceed 

 (this error is due to a certificate warning on the redirect of the https. It is safe to proceed)
