Quickly add call forwarding in Skype
On your main Skype client window, click on the picture of the handset in the lower left-hand corner, choose Forward Call To, and then pick an existing number, or add a new number.
Also you can select Simultaneously Ring will put a call through to both your cell and desk phone.
