Sort & filter a list/library 
* Hover over the column titles to review the menu button 
* To sort the list/library select Ascending or Descending 
* To Filter the list select the options (the options differ for each list/library) 
                  

Views  
* When you are in a list or library you can switch to pre-defined views through the ribbon (highlighted in yellow) or just above the column titles (orange) 
                  

Add a new item or document

  • Use the prompt above the column titles to add a document in a library (or an item if it is a list)

                   

Versioning

  • Depending on the rights you have been provided you will see several options including Version History on a document or list item.

  • From the version history you can review and restore a previous version
