External File Share

If you need to share photos or files with external users, you can utilize the Web Server for this.  Below are the steps!

1. From your computer, open file explorer and browse to: \\e-web\pdx\A10C16LNOAA5\33rdShare
2. Create a new folder if wanted and then drag and drop your documents
3. Next, open an Internet browser and browse to: https://pdx.oregonfoodbank.org/A10C16LNOAA5/33rdShare/
4. Locate the folder or files you just uploaded, right click on the name of the folder or file, select copy link address
5. you can share this address with your external party for them to be able to download
