Installing OFB?s new Remote Support Tool

• Browse to the Help Desk site

• Scroll down and click on the ?Download Anydesk? button under the OFB Logo then launch the download

  • Chrome this will be in the bottom task bar

  • Internet Explorer - click Run

• You may see a ?Windows Protected Your PC from an unrecognized app? message.  Click the More Info link and then click Run Anyway

• You?ll now have a Green icon in your task bar, double click this

• Accept the disclaimer in the next window
  • This disclaimer provides OFB with permission to connect remotely to your machine with your acknowledgement.  At no time will IT be able to connect without user acknowledgement and OFB IT staff will continue to operate under the ethical practices of OFB IT expectations and guidelines.  OFB IT will continue to maintain transparent connectivity and practices and all remote activity sessions will logged. 
• Provide IT with the AnyDesk-Address shown in the window
