default photo viewer set to "Twinui" by Windows (update)

To correct this:

Go to Apps in Windows Settings, then Default Apps

Click on Twinui under the photo viewer setting

Change the photo viewer to Windows Photo Viewer (or another installed photo viewer, in this case I'm using FastStone)
