P2 printing issue resolution
If you are having an issue printing in P2, and/or receiving a 'failed to enumerate printers' error, please try this to resolve the issue.
- (or as a backup, you can open up the S drive, and go to S:\MediaResources\Certs, and choose the 2nd cert down, ecca-root-ca)
- Double click on ecca-root-ca.crt, and follow the prompts as shown in the following screen caps
Click Install Certificate
Click Open
Choose Local Machine and then hit Next
Choose Trusted Root Certificate Authority
Click Finish
After completing the installation of the cert, please reboot your machine.
This should solve the printing issue.
