If you need your Mitel direct number to ring to a second number, you can enable simultaneous ring based on availability status
-Available
-In A Meeting
-Out of Office
-On Vacation
-Do Not Disturb
-Custom

Important note: each availability state has it's own settings so ensure to select and review settings accordingly to get the desired outcome.

Configure simultaneous ring via Softphone
From your Mitel softphone (computer application), click the ellipses (3 dots) to the right of your extension

> Settings (may need to scroll down if view is collapsed)
> Call Routing
If Availability Routing tab is greyed, do the following:
enter a phone such as OFB's main number as below (no dashes or periods) and click Save at the bottom

then undo this by deleting the phone number, selecting the second radio button and click Save again.
Availability Routing tab should now be accessible.

To set up Simultaneous Ring, select Availability Routing then either use Start Wizard to go through various options or select Change to go to straight to that option

***there are two options available
Connect mobile client: calls will ring through mobile app and not directly to your cell carrier, download via your play store (notes at the end of these instructions)
Select Number: allows you to enter a second number of your choice, a cell for example

IF using mobile app, check the box for Also simultaneously ring these numbers and click Save.

IF using a cell number, click Select Number to expand the option
select Label and type a description
enter mobile number
click Use Selected Number to then go to the Next step for further settings or Save if done.

Configure simultaneous ring via Connect Portal
Log in to the portal, portal.micloud.com, using the same login as your softphone

>On the Phone Settings page, click the Call Routing tab, and then click the Availability Routing subtab.
>In the My Availability Routing Rules When list, select the availability state to configure call routing for.
** The call routing settings for the selected availability state are displayed**

On the Call Routing tab, in the My Availability Routing Rules When list, select the availability state to configure call routing for.
Next to the current Simultaneous Ring settings, click Change.

The Call Routing: Availability Routing dialog box appears with the Simultaneous Ring panel displayed.
Select the Also simultaneously ring these numbers check box.
Click Next to continue to the Call Forwarding panel, or click Finish to save your settings and close the dialog box.
