Mitel "no internet connection"

Although you may have wifi, Mitel may be confused and give a "no internet connection" message.


To restore connectivity, go to your system tray near your clock.
If your icons are hidden, click the ^ arrow to expand the view of icons (see yellow arrow below).

Hover over Mitel icon > right click to select "exit" to completely close the app > relaunch Mitel from your desktop or task bar, if pinned, to bring up the Mitel login screen .
