Mitel Google Extension

These steps will guide you through installing the Mitel Google Integration Extension.  This will integrate Google Contacts and Google Calendar for Availability status.

Install the Extension

1. Install the MiCloud Connect Extension <-click this link

2. Click Add to Chrome Button 

3. 
   

   1. If prompted with another window - click Add Extension (again)

3. Don?t see the extension? You may just need to rearrange your current extensions.  Click the puzzle icon

then make sure the Pin icon is lit up 

4. Click the Mitel Extensions icon in the browser and sign into your Mitel account

5. Click on the extension icon again, hit the Gear in the top right corner

6. If prompted - choose to Allow the extension to use your microphone

7. Click on Settings -make sure it shows your Google Account is connected.  If not - or if you?re prompted to ?connect to Google? click to connect and then log in with your OFB Google info

   1. when prompted click to Authorize/Allow google (you may need to click it two or 3 times-allow them all)

9. Here you can also choose to sync google calendar for Availability status on the Mitel app 

Accessing Contacts

This app now integrates all of your Google Contacts including contacts outside of the OFB directory.  

1. You can search for a contact in the extension

2. Or from your Google Contacts directory, search and click on the mitel phone app and choose ?call via mitel?
